REFUND & RETURN POLICY

As our hair extensions are custom-made, vi-hair.com applies the following terms:

  • Deposit: A 30% minimum deposit is required to start production. All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Approval: We provide photos/videos of the finished order for your review. Shipping only proceeds after your final approval.

  • Defective Items: If the product is defective, you may return it. We will re-manufacture a new product and ship it to you.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered.
